Choke Athletic and Amaze Commerce
Choke Athletic provides the brand, designs, and website content. Purchases through our linked Amaze Commerce store are subject to Amaze Commerce’s Terms of Service and the terms presented for your order.
For our print-on-demand apparel, Amaze is the merchant and fulfiller of record. It handles checkout, payments, production, shipping, and order support. Choke Athletic remains responsible for its own artwork, descriptions, and representations.

Review any delivery estimate supplied with your purchase, particularly if you need an item for a specific event. An estimate should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival date unless your order expressly includes that guarantee.
Use the tracking and support information provided for your order to investigate delays, missing deliveries, or address problems. Choke Athletic cannot promise a particular delivery date on Amaze’s behalf.
Cancellations, Returns, and Order Problems
Under Amaze’s current policy, made-to-order purchases are final and cannot be canceled or returned unless the products are faulty. This does not affect any rights under applicable law that cannot be waived. Please check your size and color carefully before paying.
For a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact Amaze through the support route provided with your order. Include your order number, checkout email address, and clear photographs where relevant. Ask for instructions before sending anything back.
